陸友物流成立于2004年4月在北京成立，注冊資金250萬美元，由中信集團(tuán)、ZERO、商船三井和住友商事共同出資組建。2021年7月，ZERO收購商船三井和住友商事的股份，控股65%。 ZERO SCM was established in Beijing in Apr.2004 and was invested by CITIC Group (35% of share), ZERO Corp.(25% the share), Mitsui O.S.K lines (21% of share), Sumitomo Corp. (19% of share）with registered capital of US 2,500,000. In July 2021,ZERO acquired the share of Mitsui O.S.K lines and Sumitomo Corp, holding 65% of the share.
